1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the liki55 website at https://liki55.net ("Platform"), including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, bonuses, and customer support channels operated by liki55 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

- Self-exclusion status: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with liki55 or any other gambling operator. 3. Account Registration and Security

Know Your Customer (KYC)
liki55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any time the Company deems necessary to comply with its fraud prevention and responsible gaming obligations. You must provide any documents requested as part of KYC within 14 calendar days of the request. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended pending verification.
Acceptable KYC documents include: national identity card (NID), valid passport, driving licence, utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within the past 90 days), and mobile wallet account confirmation for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
liki55 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions.
The minimum deposit amount on liki55 is ৳200 per transaction. This applies to all supported mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. All times are approximate and measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
Players may set self-imposed daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
liki55 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which liki55 has no control over. You are advised to check your mobile wallet or bank's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. liki55 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not matching your registered identity will be reversed and the account investigated for potential fraud. The Company reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where a transaction is flagged for further review under our fraud prevention or responsible gaming procedures. In such cases, we will contact you within 1 business day to request any additional information required.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
liki55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New liki55 players are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the following conditions must be met:

- The qualifying deposit must be at least ৳500.

General Bonus Conditions

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the liki55 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonuses, and permanent account closure. In serious cases, liki55 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
- Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on the Platform.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms in bad faith, including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.

- Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
- System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, bug, or glitch in the Platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means are void and will not be paid.

7. Intellectual Property

The liki55 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable measures to maintain Platform uptime, security, and accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
- Any defects or errors in the Platform software will be corrected within any specified timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liki55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

9. Account Suspension and Closure
liki55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
- At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus balance and associated winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. Voluntary Closure
